In Customizing for the message category &V3&, assign a message
characteristic to the target field &V2& of the destination &V1&.
In the message log, check whether the message has been sent to the
destination &V1&.
If the message has not yet been sent to any destination, you can now
send it from the message monitor.
If the message has been sent to other destinations, but not to the
destination &V1&, manually post the message data if necessary.
