How to fix this error?

If the internal characteristic number is higher than 9999999499: the
characteristic was predefined in the standard SAP System. Go to
Customizing choosing the function <LS>Maintain entries</> and carry out
the activity <LS>Transport predefined characteristics</>.
For all other characteristics: please contact your system
administrator.
