What causes this issue?

Although remuneration line &SYST-MSGV1& is subject to settlement
scheduling according to the contractual agreement, no remuneration
scheduling will take place. The reason for this is that all the
remunerations determined by the system are identified as being already
disbursed in the relevant commission document (field FLG_NOSETTLEMENT).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
