The system was not able to update settlement schedule data in the
database that was created, changed, or deleted during the process.
To update a settlement schedule in the database, you need to specify the
key of the settlement schedule header and all corresponding items in
full. The settlement schedule year, number, and sequence (for items, you
need to include the item numbers) must be specified. If these
requirements have been met and there is still a program termination, you
    may have the following problems:
There is at least one settlement schedule header, or a settlement
schedule item that could not be deleted although it was supposed to be.
This may be due to network problems or to an application error that
suggests a non-existent data record for deletion.
