the system was not able to add a commission case to the initial
commission cases of RCP.
If an error has occurred, proceed as follows, depending on your selected
processing mode:
If you intended to register a commission case as an

check that this commission case has been created as an initial case.
If you intended to create a worklist, check the log for worklist
creation to determine why the creation ended with errors.
If you intended to process a worklist, check the log for worklist
