What causes this issue?

Mass resetting only resets the commission cases of an EDT run that were
not subsequently changed.
Cases that were subsequently changed in a dialog or in another EDT run
cannot be reset.
If several EDT runs were executed consecutively, they can only be
completely reset if the runs are reset in reverse order.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
