  • What causes this issue?

    The commission case does not exist in the commission system database,
    or the additional selection criteria (status of the commission case,
    for example) were too restrictive for a commission case to be found in
    the database.

    How can this happen?

    In processing types <ZH>change</> and <ZH>reset</>, the commission
    cases that have already been cancelled are filtered out. The commission
    case requested may already have be known in this situation. If there
    are no valid versions, a database selection is no longer possible.

    Follow-up processing is not possible.
