What causes this issue?

The address data used by the TTE has not been defined for tax
determination.
Address data is mandatory on <ZK>Business Partner levell</> and optional
on <ZK>Item levell</>. For tax determination, the address data on item
level takes priority.
In this case the region &V1& for the country &V2& is not maintained in
the customizing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In Customizing for the TTE, check the address data:
<ZK>Transaction Tax Engine -> Tax Maintenance Settings -> Tax Location
-> <DS:SIMG.TTEVCL_LOCT>Define Tax Location</></>
In your document, check the entries for both the <ZK>Business Partner</>
and<ZK> Item levell</> and adjust accordingly.
