What causes this issue?

The system tries to calculate a price for the material to be produced.
To do this the <DS:GLOS.production_unit>production unit</> must be
converted to the <DS:GLOS.base_unit_of_measure>base unit of measure</>.
However, the conversion cannot be carried out.

How to fix this error?

Check the production unit and the base unit of measure in the material
master for the material to be produced. Check in Customizing whether a
conversion factor has been maintained for these units.
