The SAP error message C2502, which states "Order & not archivable - order hierarchy not complete LOEKZ," typically occurs when you attempt to archive an order in SAP, but the system detects that the order hierarchy is incomplete. This means that there are related orders or components that are not properly linked or finalized, preventing the archiving process.

    Cause:

    1. Incomplete Order Hierarchy: The order you are trying to archive has related orders (like sub-orders or dependent orders) that are not fully processed or are still open.
    2. Missing Status Updates: The status of the order or its components may not be updated correctly, leading to the system believing that the order is still active.
    3. Dependencies: There may be dependencies on other orders or objects that need to be resolved before archiving can occur.
    4. LOEKZ Field: The LOEKZ field (Archiving Indicator) may not be set correctly for the order or its related components.

    Solution:

    1. Check Order Status: Review the status of the order and its related components. Ensure that all related orders are completed and have the correct status.
    2. Complete Related Orders: If there are any sub-orders or dependent orders, ensure they are also completed and closed.
    3. Update LOEKZ Field: Check the LOEKZ field for the order and its related components. If necessary, set the archiving indicator to allow archiving.
    4. Use Transaction Codes: Utilize transaction codes like CO03 (Display Order) to check the order details and COHV (Mass Processing of Production Orders) to manage multiple orders.
    5. Run Consistency Checks: Use transaction SARA to run consistency checks for archiving and ensure that all prerequisites for archiving are met.
    6. Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to archiving orders for any specific requirements or additional steps that may be necessary.

    Related Information:
