The condition cannot be assigned.

The system only lets you assign a condition if the characteristic does
not yet have a value assigned to it.

How to fix this error?

Close the F4 help, delete the assigned value, then open the F4 help
again. Place the cursor on the value without selecting the
characteristic, then choose <ZH>Assign variant condition</>. Enter a
condition and save.
