What causes this issue?

The process message which reports inspection results to QM contains
inspection lot number &V1&. However, an inspection lot with this
number does not exist in the system.
The process message is not transferred to QM.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

determine the inspection lot assigned in the order header.
