  • What causes this issue?

    The process message with which inspection results are to be reported to
    QM contains neither an operation number nor a phase number. However,
    either the operation number or the phase number is needed for the
    assignment of the process message within QM.
    The process message is not transferred to QM.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
    Call up the process order specified in the process message and
    determine the number of the operation or phase to which the reported
    inspection results belong.

    operation number or the phase number in the message monitor and send
    the message from the monitor.
    Otherwise, manually record the inspection results within QM.
