    Internal error: to be able to perform the measurement of the CPUs, a
    consolidation of the counter statuses must be performed (table
    TUL_CPU_RAW -> TUL_CPU).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    is &1. The error numbers have the following meanings:
    1 = Error when reading table TUL_CPU_RAW
    2= Error when updating table TUL_CPU
    3 = Error in the lock management
