    The <LS>Execute Cond.Bll.Prg.</> indicator is <ZH>not </> selected in
    the schema header.
    However, a schema extension is available for this schema.

    It ignores the rate relationships in the schema extension. This means
    that the conditional rates in the billing schema extension are executed
    for the entire billing period independently of the TOU exceptions.
