  • What causes this issue?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    The list of changes displayed only contains the data for which you have
    display authorization for change documents. In the present situation
    however, further changes have been selected for which you have do not
    have display authorization.

    How to fix this error?

    According to which changes you display, one of the following
    authorization objects was checked:
    F_KNA1_BED: Customer changes (general data)
    F_LFA1_BEK: Vendor changes (general data)
    In your authorization profile, include an entry for the relevant
    authorization object with the appropriate authorization group from the
    master record in the area "General data" and the activity "08".
