    The number range interval &V1& for the number range object &V2& has not
    been created.
    The SAP system generates a numbered document for each transaction.
    Changes are documented and are thus immediately identifiable.

    determining whether
    the system assigns document numbers (internal number allocation) or
    you assign document numbers (external number allocation)
