    In the external SAPconnect node or SAPphone server &V1& the support
    level of the component &V2& was <ZH>deactivated</>.
    'Support level' is the optimal trace level for the processing of
    support tasks as viewed by the manufacturer of the external software.
    For example, with this trace level a manufacturer can include all
    errors and all warnings but only the most important information
    messages.
    If the support level is deactivated, the trace level set from the
    external software side is active again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
