  • What causes this issue?

    When agent groups are downloaded, it is not the SAP user name but
    rather the call center user name maintained in the
    <DS:TRAN.SPHA>SAPphone administration user settings</> that is
    downloaded. If no call center user is maintained for an agent, the
    agent cannot be downloaded.

    System Response

    The agent group is not downloaded, which means that the whole scenario
    cannot be downloaded.

    How to fix this error?

    Maintain a call center user name for agent &V1&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
