What causes this issue?

You want to assign investment profile &V2& to internal order &V1&.
Depreciation simulation data was already created for this internal order
<ZH>without</> an investment profile.

System Response

You are only allowed to create depreciation simulation data for internal
orders and WBS elements <ZH>with</> an investment profile. For more
information, see SAP Note 669493.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use an additional function for subsequently assigning an
investment profile to an internal order, you have to keep in mind the
following limitation:
The distribution rule of the investment profile has to agree with the
existing distributions in the depreciation simulation data.
The other option is to delete the existing depreciation simulation data
and then create new depreciation simulation data after you have assigned
the investment profile. This procedure ensures that the distribution
rule of the investment profile is in agreement with the depreciation
simulation data.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
