The system logging is switched off. With this system setting changing
of the logging configuration is not allowed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To start the transaction in the changing mode you must activate the
rec/client parameter in the system profil for one client.
