What causes this issue?

API state data for object <(>&<)>V1& - <(>&<)>V2<(>&<)> are missing on
relocation transport.

System Response

Release of the transport was canceled.

How to fix this error?

For a consistent relocation, the API state data (object APIS) needs to
be added to the transport request. You might use the report
ARS_RELOCATE_APIS for this purpose.
In case of problems, please report an incident with detailed information
(BC-SRV-APS-EXT-REL).
