What causes this issue?

Object &V1& - &V2& with API state "Released" was moved to an other main
object. This move is not allowed for released objects.

System Response

Release of transport was canceled.

How to fix this error?

If the object was already delivered with API state "Released" to
customers in a previous software release, the move needs to be reverted.
Please move back to the original main object.
If the object was not delivered with API state "Released", the API state
data needs to be deleted. After this action the move can be performed.
For exceptions to this process, please report an incident with detailed
information (BC-SRV-APS-EXT-REL).
