    According to the data archiving standard, the reload program must be
    capable of creating a new session. All files that cannot be reloaded are
    then written to this delta archive.
    However, in Customizing for archiving object &V1&, the <LS>Prohibit New
    Session During Reload</> checkbox has been selected.
