    field) in the list. This information and any other information in the
    line where the cursor is placed is used to supply the calling report
    with data.
    Note that the cursor must always be placed in lines in which data was
    output. It may not be placed on the following lines:
    Header lines
    Lines in the footer
    Underscoring lines
    Subtotals and totals lines
    Lines with control level text
