  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

When defining a ranking list, the number of columns needed to output a
line of the ranking list was found to be larger than the number of
columns defined as list format. The number of columns was therefore
    increased to the necessary size.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

DO NOT set the number of columns for the list format back to a smaller
value. The report generator of the ABAP Query sets the number of
columns to the required size. In this case the number of columns
displayed in the "Title, Format" screen is not the same as the number
of columns of the generated report.
