application HR has been changed. As a result, all functional areas in
this application and all the queries which use them must be converted.
This conversion has not yet been performed.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please look at the release info for queries in the application HR to
find out how to perform this conversion. Do not use any queries or
functional areas from this application until the conversion has been
completed.
To perform a conversion, start the report RPUAQSG0 which converts the
functional areas and all relevant queries. For further information, see
