  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You entered a percentage rate for each budget category. This percentage
rate is used later in reporting to determine how much of the plan
values and budget values of the measure should be assigned to the given
budget categories. The total of these percentages should be 100%.
    However, the total was &V1&%.

    How to fix this error?

    Check your entries.
The total of the percentages assigned is not allowed to exceed 100%. A
total of less than 100% is permitted.
You do not need to assign percentage rates to the budget categories at
    all in the following example:
Plan values and budget values do not have any meaning for you in
reporting, because you want to check the actual values against the
program budgets, but do not want to check them against the measure
    budgets.
When this applies to you, you do not have to set percentage rates for
    budget categories at all.
