    maximum allowed number of places before the decimal point (pre-decimal

    How to fix this error?

    First delete the old plan value and save. Then call the transaction
    again. This time it is possible to transfer the new plan value.
    If no plan values have been updated yet for the given year, you do not
    have to save.
