If this is not the case, short messages cannot be sent to this number
and the indicator 'SMS-enabled' is of no use.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Contact your system administration team and ask them to make the
necessary settings in Customizing.
Call transaction SA14 to assign the use "SMS Service" to the pager
service that you want to use for sending SMS messages.
