  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

An internal status with &V4& was calculated during simulation of a
meter reading for device/register &V1& on date &V2&.
However, the maximum meter reading is only &V3& due to the technical
register data. As a result, there is a <ZH>MULTIPLE</> meter reading
overflow that can no longer be correctly processed.
In ISU, a maximum of one <ZH>single</> overflow can be consistently
    processed in automatic billing.
If necessary, you must create a manual bill using transaction EA16 if
you do not want to/cannot meet any of the countermeasures mentioned
    below.

    System Response

Billing or billing simulation is canceled.

    How to fix this error?

Check all existing meter reading results and the period consumption
    values.
An input error must have occured.
If this is not the case, there is probably a problem with the technical
    settings of your register.
Check that the scaling of your register is correct. The following must
    be consistent with eachother:
    Predecimal places
    Decimal places
    Register factors/billing factors
Meter reading mass units and billing mass units
Gas procedure in the gas division
