table IVB cannot be calculated consistently since the conversion
criteria for the time slices corresponding to this schema step (fromthe
internal table IUMASTER) are not always the same.
To group time slices together, the conversion factor, conversion
reason, source unit of measurement, and target unit of measurement must
correspond.
