  • What causes this issue?

The analysis of the register relationships indicates that serial
switching begins or ends during the billing period. In this case, the
    affected registers must be read:
If serial switching begins, the primary meter must be read on the
previous day. Exception: The primary meter is first assigned to the
installation on the day when serial switching begins.
If serial switching ends, the primary meter must be read on the same
    day.
If serial switching begins, then each secondary meter must be read on
the previous day. Exception: The secondary meter is first assigned to
the installation on the day when serial switching begins
If serial switching ends, then each secondary meter must be read on the
    same day.
In the case of device &v1&, register &v2&, the meter reading result
required as a result of item &v4& is missing on &v3&. Please note that
meter reading results that are recorded due to the start or end of a
device assignment to an installation do not replace the meter readings
listed above. In such cases, you will have to enter two meter reading
    results on one day.

    System Response
