same.
Base procedure <LS>03</> (month-based using an interval):
You can control the processing of leap days. You must specify both
controls for the move-in/move-out month; these controls must be the
same. You must specify the controls for processing aperiodic changes and
the reference to the number of days.
The advanced interval procedure can be controlled. If you have selected
interval procedure, you must also enter enhanced interval procedure
category.
