What causes this issue?

In most cases, you only maintain the fields for calculating air
pressure if thermal gas billing is 00 or 01.
You can, however, maintain these fields for thermal gas billing 02 if
you wish to provide the values calculated for the pressure (measured
pressure, air pressure) for calculation of the gas law deviation
factor, for example.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
