Message text: Item &1, &2: MISL group cannot be deleted; SCM version too low
You have removed the delivery group from item &V1&, &V2& and in so
doing have deleted the assignment of this item to this delivery group.
There might be a MISL group (MISL=multi-item single delivery location)
that corresponds to this delivery group in the connected SAP SCM system.
So that a potential assignment of this item to a MISL group is also
deleted, the ERP system sent a deletion call to the SAP SCM system.
However, the SAP SCM system cannot process this deletion call because
the SAP SCM version is too low (SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP SCM
7.0 or lower) and the SAP Note 1772565 has not been installed.
Contact your system administrator.
Until SAP Note 1772565 has been installed in the SAP SCM system, you can
proceed as follows:
You can assign the item to another delivery group.
You can delete the item and create it again.
Install SAP Note 1772565 in the SAP SCM System &V3&.

AG034
- Item &1, &2: MISL group cannot be deleted; SCM version too low ?The SAP error message AG034 indicates that there is an issue with the deletion of a Material Information System (MISL) group due to the SCM (Supply Chain Management) version being too low. This error typically arises when you attempt to delete a MISL group that is associated with a version of SCM that does not support the operation.
Cause:
- SCM Version Compatibility: The SCM version you are using may not support the deletion of the specified MISL group. This can happen if the MISL group is linked to certain configurations or data that are not compatible with the current version of SCM.
- Data Dependencies: The MISL group may have dependencies or references in other parts of the system that prevent its deletion.
- Authorization Issues: Sometimes, the user may not have the necessary authorizations to perform the deletion.
Solution:
- Check SCM Version: Verify the version of your SCM system. If it is indeed too low, consider upgrading to a version that supports the deletion of MISL groups.
- Review Dependencies: Investigate if there are any dependencies or references to the MISL group in other configurations or data. You may need to remove or modify these dependencies before attempting to delete the MISL group.
- User Authorizations: Ensure that the user attempting to delete the MISL group has the necessary authorizations. You may need to consult with your SAP security team to verify and adjust user roles and permissions.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to your specific version of SCM for any additional requirements or steps needed to delete MISL groups.
- Contact SAP Support: If the issue persists after checking the above points, consider reaching out to SAP support for further assistance. They may provide insights specific to your system configuration.
