What causes this issue?

A subitem has been created for the item as the complete requested
quantity of stock was not available during the availability check on the
material. Customizing settings dictate that subitems can be created
automatically when the availability check fails. As a result, subitems
were created during the creation of the stock transport order.

System Response

The further processes for this stock transport order item will take only
the subitems into consideration.

How to fix this error?

General->Interchangeability of Parts->Define Settings for Subitem
Creation and Restricted Interchangeability</>.
