What causes this issue?

When defining investment support measure &V1&, you have to enter a
maximum support amount. However, you did not enter this maximum amount
limit.
You can enter it as a maximum percentage rate or as a concrete amount.
When you post the claim for your investment support, and you set both
of these limits, the system interprets the smaller amount of the two
amounts as the maximum amount.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
