You want to use the logon language as the original language.

System Response

However, not all of the customer entries in the structure of the System
Administration Assistant are translated in the logon language.
This is a prerequisite so that the logon language can be used as the
original language.

How to fix this error?

First complete the translation and then change the original language.
To translate, choose Goto -> Translation.
