What causes this issue?

You are performing an upgrade. To convert the Customizing settings for
Treasury TR-LO and TR-TM-SE you require the source release 3.0F or
4.0B. You are performing an upgrade on the basis of a different
release.

System Response

The Customizing settings were not converted.

How to fix this error?

If you are not using the Treasury TR-LO (Loans Management) or TR-TM-SE
(Securities Management) components, no additional activities are
necessary.
If you are productive with the Treasury TR-LO or TR-TM-SE components
and Customizing entries exist, these settings need to be converted if
you are upgrading from a release < 4.5A to a release >= 4.5A.
After the upgrade, check the Customizing settings for accrual/deferral
in the Treasury TR-LO and TR-TM-SE components if you use them
productively. Also refer to the IMG documentation. A new Customizing
view has been created. You can also run the conversion report program
RFVDXPRAABGCUST40C after the upgrade for the individual clients. You
can make individual corrections by changing the entries.
Make sure that the Customizing settings for accrual/deferral are
correct before you perform an accrual/deferral run in the application.
