Message text: Overlap with LO &: (& - &), announcement by &
The period of a rental agreement for a specific rental unit cannot
overlap with another rental agreement for the same rental unit at any
time during the full duration of the agreement.
In this case the rental period of the current agreement overlaps with
the rental period of agreement &v1&. This agreement is valid from &v2&
to &v3& (actual rental end / Rental end, if renewal option is used).
The tenant has until &v4& to notify his intention to renew his rental
agreement.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Select a different period for the rental agreement and check whether or
not the tenant with agreement &v1& wants to renew his agreement. Change
agreement &v1& accordingly.

- Overlap with LO &: (& - &), announcement by & ?The SAP error message 63192, which states "Overlap with LO &: (& - &), announcement by &," typically occurs in the context of logistics and order management within the SAP system. This error indicates that there is a scheduling conflict or overlap in the planned activities or resources, particularly when dealing with logistics orders (LO) or production orders.
Cause:
- Scheduling Conflicts: The error often arises when there are overlapping time periods for different logistics orders or production orders. For example, if two orders are scheduled to use the same resource or equipment at the same time, the system will flag this as an error.
- Resource Allocation: If the same resource (like a machine or labor) is assigned to multiple orders that overlap in time, it can lead to this error.
- Incorrect Time Slots: The time slots defined for the orders may not be properly set, leading to overlaps.
Solution:
- Review Order Scheduling: Check the scheduling of the logistics orders or production orders involved. Ensure that there are no overlapping time periods for the same resources.
- Adjust Time Slots: Modify the start and end times of the conflicting orders to eliminate the overlap. This may involve rescheduling one of the orders or reallocating resources.
- Resource Planning: Ensure that resources are adequately planned and that their availability is taken into account when scheduling orders.
- Use Capacity Planning Tools: Utilize SAP's capacity planning tools to analyze resource utilization and identify potential conflicts before they occur.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidelines on managing logistics orders and resolving scheduling conflicts.
