    The settlement unit has a master record in table VIAK03, but does not
    have a valid assignment to any rental units (table VIAK05).
    Another possibility:
    A master settlement unit is assigned to a settlement unit that was
    ended, and the ending date is before the period start date of the
    service charge settlement.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the participation ID of the settlement unit. Correct the validity
    period of the rental units contained in the participation ID. At least
    one rental unit has to be valid over the entire settlement period.
    Also check the availability of the assigned rental units.

    Another possibility:
    You have to make new time assignments for all relevant settlement units
    in the master settlement unit.
