  • What causes this issue?

    You have either changed the pay scale type or pay scale area in the
    infotype record, or the <DS:DE.TRFKZ>grouping of employee subgroups for
    collective agreement provision</> has changed for this employee
    (previous grouping &V3&) as the result of an organizational change, for
    example. The system therefore can no longer determine the BDA of the
    employee automatically.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Compare the existing values for the pay scale type and pay scale area
    that are listed below with the current values in the infotype record:
    Pay scale type: &V1&
    Pay scale area: &V2&
    If the changes are correct, check the BDA for the employee. If required,
    change the month or year of the BDA manually.
