    The number or the description of the postal code that you have entered
    is not valid or does not exist.

    How to fix this error?

    To make sure that you select a valid postal code, proceed as follows:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Check if the number of digits of the selected postal code is correct.
    If you are using the harmonized (4-digit) postal code solution, enter a
    4-digit postal code.
    If you are using the 5-digit postal code solution, enter a 5-digit
    postal code.
    Check if the selected postal code number exists or if its description is
    correct. To do so, go to the input help (F4 help).
    If you cannot solve the problem, contact your system administrator.
