What causes this issue?

You are processing an older version of this report.

System Response

System warns you about using the old report, and recommends that you
migrate to the new version.
This report is obsolete. SAP would not be supporting this old report
henceforth.

How to fix this error?

Before you migrate to the new report, ensure that you have performed the
following tasks:
Recreated the variants used in the old report for the new report. This
is a one time activity.
Copied existing customer exits, implemented for the earlier report
version, into the corresponding customer exits of the new report.
