Message text: Different calendar days for various absences types
This error occurs if different quotas with different absence types are
used for the negotiated leave. The different absence types are generally
counted differently which means negotiated leave has different lengths
for different absence types. In this case, the length of the negotiated
leave in calendar days cannot be determined for the payment in lieu of
unused leave.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Manually calculate the calendar days for the remaining leave and, if
necessary, correct the default value in infotype 0527.

This error indicates that there is a discrepancy in the calendar days associated with different absence types for a specific employee or period.

Different Absence Types: The error arises when the system detects that the calendar days calculated for different absence types do not match. Data Entry Errors: Manual data entry errors when recording absences can also lead to this issue. If the absence types are not entered correctly or if there are overlaps in the absence periods, it can cause discrepancies.
Solution:
Review Absence Records: Check the absence records for the employee in question. Ensure that the absence types and their corresponding dates are correctly entered and do not overlap in a way that would cause discrepancies.
Check Configuration: Review the configuration settings for the absence types in the SAP system. Ensure that the calendar days are set up correctly and that there are no conflicting settings.
Adjust Absence Types: If necessary, adjust the absence types or the periods for which they are recorded. Ensure that the calendar days align for the different absence types.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific guidance on handling absence types and resolving discrepancies.
