During generation of a new ROE, the ROE Workbench detected that the new
ROE overlaps in validity with an ROE that was previously issued. The
new ROE to be generated conflicts with another ROE that was previously
issued for the employment period from <LB>&V1&</> to <LB>&V2&</>.
This error generally occurs when:
changes have taken place that affect the interruption of earnings for
the previously issued ROE
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
<ZH>and</>Due to this overlap, the ROE Workbench will not generate the new ROE.
Verify the accuracy of the First Day Worked (Block 10) and Last Day For
Which Paid (Block 11) for the appropriate interruption of earnings.
Also, execute the <LB>ROE History Viewer</> to verify that an ROE was
previously issued for the employment period from <LB>&V1&</> to
<LB>&V2&</>.
If the previously issued ROE must be corrected due to changes in the
interruption of earnings, then generate an amended ROE.
If a new ROE should be generated, report the error to your System
Administrator.
