If <ZK>Taxation type indicator</> is <ZK>Koh Ran Tekiyo</>,
combinations of Employee's Tax Deductions must be in <ZK>HR Amount for
Income Tax Deduction JPN</>(<ZK>T5J18</>).
If <ZK>Taxation type indicator</> is not <ZK>Koh Ran Tekiyo</>, all
fields of Employee's Tax Deductions must be 'No'.
