To be eligible for certain NI categories, an employee must have a
COSRS or a COMPS pension scheme. For example, for NI category 'D' , a
COSRS pension scheme is required. The employee concerned does not yet
have a pension scheme, or the pension scheme entered on infotype
<ZK>Pensions </>(0071) is not valid for the complete first payroll
period that corresponds to the infotype <ZK>National Insurance</>
    (0069) start date.

    System Response

The system allows you to create the infotype record.

    How to fix this error?

After creating this record, you should create a &V1& pension scheme
(Infotype 0071) record for the employee.

    Procedure for System Administrators

To check your pension scheme types, go to the relevant Customizing step
under : Payroll Great Britain-> Payroll Accounting -> Pension Schemes.
To then see what type of pension scheme is involved, select a pension
scheme and choose <ZK>Pension Scheme Definition</>.
However, if you have not yet set up pension schemes for your company,
you should carry out all steps in the IMG chapter <ZK>Pension Schemes
