    input.
    You cannot change these fields.
    The fields that correspond to direct entries on the tax card are
    indicated by STK in screen 2000 of MP001200 in the second modification
    group.

    How to fix this error?

    When you have the tax card, delete the issue date. All fields are now
    ready for input.
