that are assigned for direct entries on the tax card, are not ready for
input.
You cannot change these fields.
The fields that correspond to direct entries on the tax card are
indicated by STK in screen 2000 of MP001200 in the second modification
group.
When you have the tax card, delete the issue date. All fields are now
ready for input.
